ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Paid Media Data Analyst to join our Data, Analytics and Insights (DAI) team who is passionate about solving puzzles, interpreting data into actionable insights for clients, and implementing tracking solutions so clients have the best visibility into their strategies. As a paid media data analyst, you will serve as the subject matter expert for paid media data interpretation. You will support the paid media team, as well as the broader data analytics strategies and initiatives. You will provide better cross-functional collaboration between paid media and DAI and help improve overall analytics processes. This role has mentors to support initiatives where there is less experience for some of the responsibilities.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze data and reports for trend analysis and actively engage partners to solve issues
- Develop and manage dashboards, including conception, creation and data maintenance
- Surface, investigate, communicate and drive reported issues to resolution
- Serve as digital subject matter expert in various areas which might include Google Analytics, VAST/VPAID ad tags, Salesforce/CRM, Ad Quality & Compliance, Reporting platforms
- Provide support to AdOps group with assigned custom projects requiring one-off investigation and troubleshooting
- Support troubleshoot tag-related issues, reporting/delivery discrepancies, and implementation concerns
- Supports ad tag generation and compliance
- Support identifying and resolving technical issues related to ad server technology and/or ad tag implementations for both clients and internal teams
- Proactively communicate with Product and Operational teams as necessary to resolve issues, modify processes, and establish requirements for new workflows related to tech issues
- Provide ongoing review of processes to streamline, standardize workflow, and improve efficiencies
ABOUT YOU:
- 1-3 years of experience with advertising, digital marketing, general analysis and paid media analytics platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Experience (extensive experience preferred) with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, CSS, Python
- Willingness to learn Ad Tagging and other technical analytics tagging requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, analytics or related field

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary: USD $70,000.00 to $82,500.00; depending on experience and skills
- Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
