Must-haves
• 3-5 years of experience as a marketing analyst on the agency or brand side
• Experience in pulling paid media analytics and extracting recommendations for digital (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, programmatic, Connected TV) and offline (linear TV/Nielsen measurement) media
• Project management skills: ability to work across multiple teams to gather insights and support setting clear timelines and expectations.
• Experience with data analysis or visualization either Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Experience working with 3rd party survey vendor on design or analysis
• Experience with media planning and/or buying
• Intermediate experience in SQL

An enterprise level sports retail company in the Beaverton Oregon area is looking to add a Calibration Analyst to join the Global Marketing Science Division. This person will be tasked with identifying opportunities in the client's social media data to deliver actionable insights. They will be using social listening tools, data analytics platforms and native social platform tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). This role requires someone who has great project management skills and has experience working cross functionally with a variety of teams, including brand managers, marketing scientists and creative teams to shape strategic recommendations that will inform the future landscape of social marketing content. On a weekly basis, this person will be in charge of the following:
- Responsible for paid media insights team's contribution to campaign reporting, working across Global and Geo levels to collect, aggregate, and analyze information. Also, synthesize with organic social and earned media data to tell a cohesive story with recommendations for the future.
- Establish tracking requirements from a tagging and brand lift research standpoint and help scope best-in-class processes or 3rd party measurement solutions
- Maintain benchmarks for advertising campaigns to evaluate success
- Assist with global media testing and planning framework
- Uncover opportunities to improve brand and performance media measurement/optimization
- Support dashboard build for paid media
- Assist with app and marketing channel attribution
- Support ad hoc requests for quarterly, monthly or campaign paid media report
