Job Summary: The Paid Media Marketing Manager is responsible for evaluating and managing key areas related to the Paid Media marketing program including promotional and lead gen campaigns, testing and performance analysis. Manage relationship with the agency and key ad platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and managing various marketing campaigns and be able to work closely with senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute campaigns for Annie's brands across paid social, search, display, video
  • Oversee account structure to maximize ROAS, as well as create and manage ongoing tactical and testing roadmaps
  • Work with creative teams to align on ongoing needs for campaigns
  • Manage relationship of agencies as well as creation of HVAs
  • Increase reach of ads to qualified audiences to capture new leads for Annie’s brands
  • Create analytic and tracking reports that help measure and forecast marketing performance
  • Analyze KPIs to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability
  • Collaborate with buying teams to provide support for priority products
  • Work closely with social media and PR departments to remain on top of trends
  • Manage relationships with key platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Hulu, etc

  • Contribute to the achievement of the company strategic goals
  • Help develop and meet annual targets for revenue and profitability.
  • Build and sustain a strong team.
  • Maintain critical relationships with company stakeholders such as finance, buying, design, and more.
  • Promote a customer-first mentality as the program grows and evolves

Qualifications

An Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field and/or a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in marketing or market research/analysis. Must demonstrate knowledge of paid media marketing industry/business to consumer marketing. Must have a solid business acumen and experience in management.
