We are searching for a Paid Media Manager to own social/third party media evaluation, investment and optimization at US Cloud. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience negotiating with media vendors, planning campaigns, building reporting, and making optimizations to drive awareness and conversions for brands in the B2B space. Ideal applicants have a strong digital background, with a mastery of Google Analytics/GA4. This role requires a strong strategic thinker, with great project management skills, who likes to move fast and get shit done. Agency experience preferred, IT client experience extremely valuable.

Location: Saint Louis, MO - HYBRID

• Our ideal candidate will be based in Saint Louis and will be available to work in our Des Peres office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media spend and optimization, inclusive of content recommendations, agency management, platform management, and internal project management. Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Linkedin, Reddit, X/Twitter, Pandora, Influencer, etc.
• Manage third-party media vendor evaluation, selection, asset flight, and reporting in the IT space. Trade publications, IT event plus-ups, Spice Works, Ars Technica, etc.
• Evaluate organic social performance, hand-in-hand with the creative team, to drive content recommendations in the paid space.
• Own Google Analytics reporting, offering recommendations to enhance media vendor performance, as well as website performance.
• Work internally with creative to project manage the creation and distribution of owned media assets.
• Own reporting to senior management, diving into ROI on marketing investment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• 4+ Years in Paid Media with significant time working on B2B campaigns
• Personal competencies = Collaboration, Action-oriented, and Detail-focused
