What you'll be doing:

The Paid Social Media Manager will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for managing and growing paid social media campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and order growth for the organization. This person will have a strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and will be skilled in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver campaigns from launch to completion. The Paid Social Media Manager will work closely with external agencies influencers and other vendors to activate and manage media programs and will also foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to promote cross-functional success. This person will be a thought leader on emerging paid social trends and will be responsible for delivering and presenting success metrics to both external partners and internal senior stakeholders.

  • Project management to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery
  • Oversee the creative pipeline for paid social, including coordinating new concepts, iterative testing, and creative analysis
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer orders and to generate leads
  • Manage paid social ad budget to maximize return on investment
  • Track weekly and daily reports to ensure healthy campaign performance
  • Coordinate with external agency staff to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Promote cross functional collaboration within internal teams
  • Act as a thought leader on emerging trends within paid social media
  • Deliver and present success metrics to external partners and internal senior stakeholders
  • Guide and support the development of media campaigns, including briefs, strategy development, budget management, and more
  • Interpret and analyze data to optimize campaigns and creative, and to understand the implications for the business
  • Manage priorities and direction from key external and internal stakeholders
  • Manage key team documents and processes to facilitate team organization and efficiency
  • As a manager level position, the Paid Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading projects or initiatives and contributing to the development of departmental strategies. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their role and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • The Paid Social Media Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and agencies, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of media campaigns.

What you bring to the table:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large ad spend on national campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer orders and generating leads through paid media campaigns.
  • Capacity to handle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to build and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to keep up with the rapidly evolving social media landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and to identify and pursue opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

What's needed- Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with a mix of roles which may include Ad platform management, people management, project management, analysis and testing
  • 2+ years of hands-on keyboard experience within Facebook paid ads
  • Strong proficiency with Excel

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
