Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in digital advertising and strategic communications
- Learn the basics of creating and executing a digital advertising plan
- Media monitoring, curating daily press clips, and building media and reporter lists
- Create and test messages and content for earned, owned, and paid media
- Experience various types of media planning and buying from key players in the tech industry
- Identify actionable insights from data
- Excel, buying software proficiency, and CRM familiarity
- Engage and interact with a network of political, corporate, and philanthropic strategists and influencers
Requirements
- College student or recent graduate
- Available for the full duration of the fellowship, full-time
- Passionate about the digital media landscape
- Interest in strategic communications, marketing, analytics, politics, and/or account management
- Self-motivated with high levels of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications
- Must be able to work from one of our offices
- Hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office per week
- Temporary position for 12 weeks
- Compensation: $2,946.66 per month
