Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Plan, create, and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including ad copy, visuals, and targeting parameters.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and adjust bids to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and trends in social media advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with social media platforms and ad networks to stay informed about best practices and new ad formats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media buying, preferably in an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certification) is a plus.
