Job summary

The Analyst will be responsible for maturing our marketing metrics reporting capabilities, owning our testing & optimization roadmap and providing regular insight to all marketing channel leads paid media, social media, email, etc.

The ideal Analyst will have an extensive background in running SQL queries, designing marketing dashboards, driving testing & optimization projects and generating actionable marketing insights.

This position must sit in Seattle, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Mature our overall metrics and marketing analytics program from 'scrappy startup' to 'robust enterprise'
  • Daily traffic, viewership and engagement reporting and analysis
  • Deeper dive analysis into user site journeys, exit paths, entry paths, bounce rates and content engagement
  • Partner with engineering and marketing teams to identify, research, and analyze trends and data using SQL, Excel and other tools
  • Partner with marketing leads to track various channel KPIs and offer actionable insight on how to improve performance
  • Own testing and optimization roadmap for key marketing initiatives and product enhancements
  • Partner with engineering team to identify and control data abnormalities and develop data pipeline
  • Develop data visualization environments (Tableau, QlikView) to deepen our analytical capability and expand team impact.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
