Position Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Leader to spearhead customer acquisition strategies across paid and organic marketing channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be pivotal in refining and enhancing conversion funnels for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead growth initiatives through innovative and efficient marketing performance.
  • Act as the primary client contact, offering strategic guidance on customer acquisition.
  • Manage online media, including SEM, paid social, and various digital acquisition channels.
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement solutions for improved conversion.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize organic efforts across channels.
  • Manage budgeting for customer acquisition, including forecasting and ROI assessments.
  • Collaborate with larger marketing and PR teams to integrate media and CRM efforts.
  • Maintain partnerships with external vendors and agencies for strategic media plans and analytics.
  • Serve as the 'face to the client' for new business pitching and account management.
  • Drive client relationships, effectively communicating project status, campaign results, and business opportunities.
  • Advocate and exemplify Digital + User Acquisition best practices and principles.
  • Develop measurement and reporting plans, manage regular reporting, and provide strategic recommendations based on data to clients.

Prerequisites

  • 5-8+ years of experience in user acquisition and paid digital media.
  • Experience in vendor and outside agency management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Previous experience managing direct reports.
  • Proficient in digital acquisition channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing SEM.
  • Experience building the performance marketing function (team, process, tools).
  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
  • Financial/budget forecasting and ROI assessment/tracking experience.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Cross-functional role/organization experience.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, always-on, agency/start-up environment.
