About the role:

Liquid I.V. is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to oversee media development and execution for the business. This role will be responsible for planning, execution and optimizing our paid media campaign across traditional and digital channels. You will work with the Director of Ecommerce and Media to ensure paid media strategies drive on and offline sales.

You should have an analytical mind and relentless attitude in optimizing ad strategy to maximize growth, while being able to collaborate with our internal creative team and external media agency.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Develop paid media campaigns across traditional and digital channels; channels include but are not limited to Paid Social, Search, Shopping, Podcasts, OTT, Programmatic Display, Linear TV, audio and OOH.
  • Oversee paid media campaign management including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, optimization and reporting.
  • Direct the management of monthly/quarterly/annual campaigns through partner and vendor communication, ongoing research and optimizations and collaborate with analytics on audiences, optimization and performance reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales and finance to ensure media alignment and maximize campaign results.
  • Plan and track daily/monthly/quarterly/annual media performance to ensure all campaigns are driving towards their spend, ROAS, CAC, or brand awareness KPIs.
  • Draft media briefs for external partners and accurately communicate internal strategies for successful campaign development.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the paid media landscape.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years with hands on keyboard experience buying media (CPG experience a plus).
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including Paid Social, Search, Shopping, Podcast/audio, CTV, Programmatic Display, and OOH.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with a media attribution model (MMM or MTA).
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Can work with a fast-paced high growth brand.
  • Has a test-to-scale mentality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

  • Office/Hybrid environment with flexibility for industry events.

The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
