Job DescriptionThe Advertising Analytics Lead oversees developing and scaling paid media analytics solutions across Oracle's paid media programs to support media teams and business stakeholders. This role sits in Oracle's global digital media organization, within the advertising analytics team, and works cross functionally between media strategists, marketing analytics, business intelligence, data science, adtech and marketing technology teams to support paid media analytics across all Oracle business units. The key responsibility of this role is to build and evolve robust performance analytics solutions to enable global teams to draw insights and make management decisions to efficiency and effectively for paid advertising return on investment management.
Subject matter authority and thought leader
- Become the resident expert for our reporting ecosystem, dashboard functionality, data logic, taxonomy tools, media planning tools, and adtech tools.
- Drive thought leadership to periodically evolve our analytical capabilities.
Strategic planning
- Drive the development of our roadmap, shape requirements, and lead all aspects of key projects to completion.
- Prioritize initiatives with alignment across teams and regularly recalibrate based on shifts in business priorities.
Operations
- Lead all aspects of workflows between reporting improvements, bug diagnostics, user testing, QA, and dashboard development.
- Benchmark and supervise data integrity and speed to insight to ensure analytical solutions are operating at a best-in-class level.
- Continuously refine and improve processes to build efficiency in our operations.
Communications
- Define and lead trainings and self service materials to drive adoption of reporting solutions.
- Regularly deliver written and verbal communications to 300+ stakeholders on project updates, attribution changes, bug resolution, metric changes, etc.
- Lead cross functional meetings to drive projects forward and solve blockers.
Collaboration
- Regularly stay in tune with business analytics teams on metric updates and attribution changes.
- Partner with key business intelligence, marketing analytics and marketing technology for majority of workflows.
- Partner with peer data science and adtech leads to collaborate on joint initiatives.
- Keep in close contact with key paid media leaders across channel teams to understand challenge areas and ideate solutions.

Responsibilities
Preferred skills and experiences
- Exceptional communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead complex projects with supporting cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of paid media analytics data architectures and attribution methodologies
- Highly knowledgeable with both digital media metrics in sales pipeline KPIs
- Strong project and task manager, with experience building and optimizing processes to increase workflow efficiency
- Data driven, analytical aptitude with experience working leading complex projects
- Familiarity with brand, demand generation, and performance campaign strategies
- Experience using Adobe data visualization strongly preferred
