General Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting with social content creation and scheduling, paid media analytics, email marketing, website updates, lead management, funnel optimization and project management.

Specific Duties / Essential Functions:

  • • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) to create, optimize and manage customer journeys.
  • • Update marketing dashboard reporting to showcase analytics on customer journey as needed.
  • • Assist Marketing Systems Manager in ensuring accuracy of integration on marketing platforms and pipeline optimization.
  • • Ideation, creation and optimization of all social media content for all relevant platforms
  • • Conduct market research to better understand organizational marketing needs and target audience.
  • • Manage company website content on a regular basis.
  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in lead management processes.
  • • Assist in project planning and management, ensuring timely completion of marketing system-related tasks.
  • • Maintain a strong knowledge of online marketing, best practices, and procedures.
  • • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • • Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • • Strong overall knowledge of Web and Marketing Technologies
  • • Must have excellent communication and organization skills
  • • Critical thinker who enjoys problem solving
  • • Can do attitude
  • • Ambition to gain responsibilities, manage projects and solve problems with minimal supervision
  • • Can use a ladder or lift to heights exceeding 20 ft
  • • Can lift and move boxes and servers exceeding 50lbs in weight
  • • Graphics Design a plus
  • • Adobe and Canva working experience a plus

Reasoning Ability:

  • • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing some duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level at field job sites may be loud.

Position Type:

This is a full-time position. This job may require evening and non-standard hours to complete the planned tasks.

Travel:

Travel is primarily local, although some out-of-area and overnight travel will be expected.

Required Education and Experience:

  • • Bachelors Degree (Business or Marketing), preferred.
