Essential Functions of the Job:

Strategy Execution

  • Act as a subject matter expert for paid media campaigns, including campaign creation, implementation, optimization and pacing across various ad channels (such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic display).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of general media campaign strategy and analysis by providing actionable insights and recommendations to media strategists and directors.
  • Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Responsible for the trafficking/publishing process and milestones from handoff to QA and activation across all channels, and for driving continued process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Support Media Strategists and Account Directors by pulling ad hoc reporting as necessary to put together key client recommendations throughout campaign lifecycles.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and pace campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Follow Hot Dish best practices to support the implementation of UTM codes across marketing channels to track campaign performance and facilitate accurate analysis.
  • Work with Media Strategists and Account Directors to design and implement A/B tests and experimentation methodologies to continuously improve marketing efforts, collaborating with our media team members.

Role Support

  • Collaborate with the client service and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, meeting client objectives and KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Learn and support cross-functional partners on Ad Ops processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Participate in developing the roadmap to support the long-term advertising operations needs of our business.
  • Follow EOS process to gain Traction. Set milestones for your rocks and set internal touch bases with your supervisor, the creative operations department and cross functional team members as needed.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned to support the agency as needed to meet or exceed client expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience running paid digital media programs (search, social or display, with a desire to learn all) with a proven track record of success optimizing campaigns towards client KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify actionable insights from data.
  • Experience with various ad formats and performance optimization strategies.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft product suite, including Excel.

Job Demands & Conditions

  • This position is a remote working situation with the ability to meet in person on a quarterly or as needed basis
  • This position involves sitting at a computer for several hours at a time
  • Proficiency in the use of keyboard / mouse and video meetings
  • Ability to see and hear in virtual meetings
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed
