Job Description

Quad, a global marketing company, is hiring a Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will strategize, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to support our corporate marketing efforts. We are looking for someone with experience in B2B paid social media and lead generation targeting specific audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on audiences, placements, and platforms to inform paid social strategies.
  • Forecast performance and budget recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts.
  • Provide strategic direction and identify the best way to communicate key messages or value propositions.
  • Work closely with vendors and platform representatives.
  • Build and launch paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Align strategies with organic social media efforts.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyze campaign data.
  • Track ad spend and conversions.
  • Present monthly and/or weekly reports with strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Support team members on non-social paid media initiatives when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, performance media channels, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels and best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience building digital campaigns.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
  • Self-motivated with initiative-taking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Asana is a plus.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and leveraging media for conversions.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising trends and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary

Annual salary range of $57,500-$85,500, based on skills, experience, and market conditions.
