Responsibilities : Full ownership and management of paid social media channels (Meta and TikTok) while meeting acquisition and CAC KPIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute creative strategies for channel growth
Plan and execute A / B tests to improve performance metrics and uncover wins
Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with Meta and TikTok paid media management
Experience in direct-to-consumer business, e-commerce, or subscription
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Strong collaboration and communication skills
