- Craft and execute dynamic integrated communication plans in collaboration with Enterprise Operations stakeholders and Business Area representatives.
- Engage in active social media management – from writing captivating copy to monitoring engagements, adapting strategies in real-time, and evaluating success metrics.
- Masterfully manage content on LockheedMartin.com using our content management system, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling.
- Develop and implement strategic enhancements for our careers site, driven by insightful data analysis to elevate the candidate journey.
Basic Qualifications:
- Professional experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with a degree in Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience/education.
- Ability to create integrated communication campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of social media for business, along with agility in learning and utilizing new software and online tools.
- Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and verbal communication, adept at simplifying complex information into engaging narratives.
- Proficiency in key social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Self-driven, able to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines, and comfortable with managing competing priorities.
- Team-oriented with a friendly, extroverted personality.
- Meticulous, quick to learn, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with SEO practices.
