Job Description

The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading the paid media strategy and execution across all Marketing channels for the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that support company goals across all channels including paid search, display, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and team meetings to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Report on campaign & regional performance results to stakeholders, including executives & board members
  • Communicate paid media best practices to colleagues.
  • Work with vendors and agency partners to ensure successful campaign execution and reporting.
  • Stay on top of new and emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements.
  • Help develop integrated digital marketing strategies in collaboration with other departments.

Required Skills And Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in paid media with a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels including SEO, social, email, PR etc.
  • Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, display, retargeting, video, etc.
  • A deep understanding of programmatic platforms and media buys.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience.
  • Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
