As an integral part of the global paid media team, the Digital Media Manager will partner with marketing pillar teams as well as internal media channel, analytics, and operations teams to support cross channel execution and overall campaign management.
This role has great exposure to multiple facets of the marketing organization.

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day tactical support across paid media campaign management and coordination for cross functional teams.
The position ensures all assigned tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and follow internal processes.

Responsibilities

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day tactical support across paid media campaign management and coordination for cross functional teams.
The position ensures all assigned tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and follow internal processes.
• Day to day management of centrally led digital campaigns, delivering best in class campaign planning, activation, and on-going performance management.
• Act as the liaison between marketing pillar, media channel, operations, and analytics teams, creating tasks timelines, and coordinating key deliverables for streamlined campaign management
• Learn and maintain a good understanding of pillars campaigns, initiatives, and products. Support the team in identifying cross pillar and team learnings
• Support and implement campaign set up, defining, and implementing campaign naming conventions and structure for streamlined dashboard campaign reporting
• Works collaboratively across the network, developing global paid media best practices and helping to build a strong paid media foundation to build off
• Manage and enhance internal processes, communication and workflow via internal project management tools and resources
• Source and collate best practice documents, tools and case studies as appropriate. Help the team to refresh frequently.
• Assist in coordinating and organizing status meetings across pillar teams, ensuring project task lists are updated for stakeholders and internal teams to help prioritize tasks
• Maintain and manage detailed meeting notes for general team awareness and high-level insights to assists in larger process and priorities
• Assist in financial and operational workflows to ensure internal processes are met and managed prior to campaign activation and ongoing with operations teams
• Source and collate best practice documents, tools and case studies as appropriate. Help the team to refresh frequently.
• Champion all company and departmental processes and initiatives, including advocating and executing them, as well as assisting in ongoing process improvement
Preferred qualifications
• Interpersonal and relationship skills – managing up, down and across the organization.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, cope with changes, and drive forward without having the full picture
• Effective planning, organization, and time management skills and analysis/assessment capabilities
• Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could impact deliverables
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and deliver quality results
• Demonstrate core Project Management skills in organization, facilitation, attention to detail, negotiation, great interpersonal skills, and communication in keeping team members up to date on status of projects, and scheduling meetings
• Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and course correct independently and proactively
• Exceptional organizational skills and good communication skill
• 6 years of paid media experience, including at least 1-2 years in media planning role
• 3-4 years account/ project/ campaign management experience in an integrated marketing or media agency or relevant environment
• Knowledge in digital media channels (paid search, programmatic, content syndication and paid social)
• Experience in paid media and cross functional marketing organizations
• Experience in using collaborative project management tools or systems (Wrike preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge in how media agencies operate and activate media
