Position Description

The Picklr is looking for an experienced paid media manager to join our growing marketing team. The right applicant must be a highly analytical thinker and a flexible team player that thrives in a high growth start-up environment. The role will own the process from start to finish for crafting strategy, development, testing frameworks, execution, and analysis of performance marketing plans on behalf of all three Picklr Inc. companies - The Picklr, The Picklr Shop, and Stack Athletics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic direction of paid media advertising accounts on multiple platforms including but not limited to Google, YouTube, Bing, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok,
  • Direct the building and optimizing of the full advertising funnel, including targeting, ad creative, and landing/product page optimization.
  • Analyze ad campaign performance, diagnose issues affecting performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve each brand’s goals.
  • Develop sales funnel tracking solutions across sales channels and work with tech stack partners to garner relevant purchase journey data
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), conversions, revenue tracking, and other aspects of paid media advertising.
  • Build out processes and consistently conduct A/B testing to improve outcomes.
  • Perform maintenance on keyword bids, daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality score, conversions, negative keyword lists, and other important account metrics.
  • Conduct research on keywords, audience demographics, and competitors
  • Provide creative ad copy and display ad templates
  • Keep pace with paid media advertising and digital marketing industry trends and developments
  • Develop appropriate ROAS and CAC benchmarks for each business unit and consistently improve metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a paid media manager, performance marketing manager, digital marketing manager, PPC specialist, or growth marketing manager.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Position must be willing to work 3 days a week out of our Kaysville, UT office with 9-5 working hours.
