Responsibilities:
- Work with Media Director to provide paid media recommendations with supporting rationale and POVs
- Plans and places paid media local and national media buys, optimizing campaign strategies and tactics to maximize results and ensure client goals are achieved
- Comfortable working on digital media including but not limited to paid social, paid search, display, streaming online video and existing, as well as new platforms and technology
- Confers with and negotiates with media vendors with the ability to determine optimum use of budgeted funds to achieve marketing objectives
- Compiles media reports with the necessary information to analyze results versus defined campaign metrics
- Responsible for the ongoing support and mentorship of entry level team members on daily tasks in order to grow their knowledge base and expand individual management skills
- Present to clients in a manner representative of the ethos of the agency
