Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Marketing Manager in the Charlotte area to join our high performing team.
Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans across paid, owned, and earned channels for a B2B Banking/HealthTech brand.
- Leverage your expertise in Account-Based Marketing strategies to target key accounts, drive engagement, and expedite the sales cycle.
- Utilize HubSpot or equivalent tools to track, measure, and analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage our paid media efforts to maximize ROI and boost our brand visibility.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and continuous refinement of each marketing channel.
- Start as an individual contributor then build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines, demonstrating determination and focus.
- Drive audience segmentation, list matching, and targeted marketing efforts in paid channels.
- Oversee agency relationships and develop in-house capabilities for running digital media and marketing channels.
- Develop and implement a measurement plan, with a specific focus on media measurement incrementality.
- Calculate budgets and project outcomes across marketing channels, presenting plans to the executive team.
- Test marketing ad 'offers' and analyze success rates, including the calculation of Net Present Value of offers
- Lead email demand generation marketing efforts.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews of plan execution, comparing budget vs. forecast, and providing recommendations for adjustments.
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of experience in account-based marketing and paid media marketing
- Previous experience in Banking or B2B HealthTech marketing (selling to medical practices), preferred.
- Proven track record in building and growing digital marketing teams.
- Proficient in HubSpot, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email template creation and website optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or Pardot.
- Experience in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and projecting outcomes across marketing channels.
- Event marketing and direct mail experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS and relevant plugins preferred (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
