Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a Growth Leader to join our team, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape and optimize customer acquisition strategies across various marketing channels. As a key player within our marketing team, you will be instrumental in enhancing the conversion funnel for our diverse range of clients. Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to propel growth through creative and efficient marketing performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering strategic guidance on customer acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee all online media, including SEM, paid social, and other digital acquisition channels.
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify and implement solutions for improved conversion.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize organic efforts across channels and drive top-line growth.
  • Lead the budgeting process for customer acquisition, including forecasting and ROI assessments.
  • Collaborate with the larger marketing and PR team to integrate media and CRM efforts.
  • Maintain partnerships with external vendors and agencies on strategic media plans and analytics.
  • Represent the face of the client for new business pitches and account management.
  • Strategically plan successful campaigns by understanding client goals and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Foster client and partner relationships, effectively communicating project status, campaign results, and business opportunities.
  • Advocate and exemplify best practices in Digital + User Acquisition, staying abreast of emerging trends.

Prerequisites

  • 5-8+ years of experience in user acquisition and paid digital media.
  • Proven vendor and outside agency management experience.
  • High-level project management skills.
  • Experience in managing direct reports.
  • Proficient knowledge of digital acquisition channels, performance drivers, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing SEM.
  • Experience building the performance marketing function (team, process, tools).
  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with financial/budget forecasting and ROI assessment/tracking.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional role/organization.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
