Responsibilities
  • As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various platforms
  • Your role will involve managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and driving strategic initiatives to maximize our digital advertising efforts
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels
  • Create, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve campaign objectives
  • Keyword and audience research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to identify target keywords, demographics, and interests for effective campaign targeting and optimization
  • Ad creation and testing: Develop compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals that align with campaign objectives and target audience
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
  • Landing page optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and align with campaign objectives
  • Make recommendations for improvements based on data and user behavior analysis
  • Budget management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve desired return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Regularly review performance and adjust budget allocations to maximize campaign performance and efficiency
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI)
