Paid Media Specialist

Pay : $48 $60 / hourly as W2, full benefits offered.

Must sit in NYC or LA

Length of contract : 12-24months, possible extension past that point

Our well known financial services client is looking for a talented Paid Media professional in the New York City or Los Angeles Market to join their team.

This role is 100% remote but candidates must sit in either New York City or Los Angeles .

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48to $60 / hourly as a W2 employee.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.

The Paid Media Specialist is a member of our client's Media Strategy team and will work directly with this team and other internal business teams and external agencies to create and manage Paid Media and Paid Social Media programs for our client.

The Paid Media Specialist will play a significant role in Paid Media program management, operations, measurement, analysis, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Paid Media experience in managing multiple campaigns and goals across all paid media executions.

Experience in hands on use of programmatic media, trafficking, ad operations, optimization and reporting is important. Additional preference given for knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Nielsen Commspoint, and Claravine a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Works closely with Media Strategy Team, internal teams, and Agency to manage and optimize all Paid Media campaigns
  • Support Senior Media Associates in providing the paid media and paid social strategy for various groups within the organization
  • Build relationships across various stake holders and seniority while presenting key insights and action items about paid media
  • Set up campaigns including, tagging, trafficking, creative approvals, targeting, and billing to ensure timely launch of campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, pacing, performance and other campaign metrics to ensure campaigns are performing to stated goals
  • Project manage campaigns from ideation to implementation to execution as plans are presented, approved, and creatives are developed
  • Track media spends across campaigns to ensure media campaigns are spending in full and that vendors are being paid in a timely manner
  • Develop relationships with key vendors and agency partners to provide timely updates and new to market recommendations
  • Track and maintain documentation on cross-functional initiatives that impact Paid Media growth

Qualifications :

  • Experience in digital media planning and budget forecasting
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively work in a team environment and across broad, diverse groups
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; strong inter-personal skills; strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Paid Media platforms like GCM, Adobe Analytics, Claravine, Nielsen Commspoint, Kantar
  • BA or BS degree required.
