Responsibilities
- Collaborate with measurement teams and monitor performance against industry benchmarks.
- Select, develop, motivate, and influence team of associates and external stakeholders.
- Develop strategic planning initiatives and ensure alignment and execution of omni-channel plans.
- Steward and democratize test and learn initiatives.
- Support frictionless customer experiences and drive business results.
Requirements
- Ability to convey complex ideas in easy-to-understand terms.
- 7-10 years of experience in managing large omni-channel campaigns and budgets.
- Previous experience with retail websites highly preferred.
- Experience with major platforms (Google/YouTube, Facebook, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
