Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, where you'll be responsible for managing and executing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter/X, DV360, and more.
  • Oversee all aspects of paid search, paid social, and programmatic media buying.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track, report, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and keyword selection to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in paid media, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a focus on paid media strategy, marketing analytics, and marketing strategy.
  • Proven experience managing paid search, paid social, and programmatic media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DV360, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
