Our national agency client is looking for a FULL-TIME, REMOTE Paid Social Media Specialist.
The Paid Social Media Specialist would be the subject matter expert for the internal marketing team's paid social efforts, including the strategy, execution and optimization of all campaigns.
Paid Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Build and launch paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Conduct extensive audience, placement, and platform research to help create strategy and best practices
- Provide strategic direction on campaigns and initiatives by identifying key messages/value proposition and the best means to communicate that
- Collaborate with various internal teams on research, campaign creation, and optimization
- Ensure strategies are aligned across all channels
- Leverage media to speak to customers throughout the conversion path
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance
- Forecast performance and spend for future budget recommendations
- Establish benchmarks and recommend tests for campaign performance
- Analyze, measure, and optimize campaigns, including weekly and monthly reports
Paid Social Media Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
- 3+ years relevant experience in paid social and digital marketing, preferably in the B2B space
- Knowledge of social media channels, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook, and best practices
- Understanding of marketing analytics and tools, specifically Google Analytics
- Experience with Asana a bonus
