You:
As the future Paid Media Manager, you will be a key member of the Paid Media group within our collaborative, high-performing Digital Marketing team. You will help drive pipeline growth through the management and execution of Paid Media strategies across Paid Social and Paid Search channels with a specific focus on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM technologies.

You will be a part of a truly global team and will collaborate with colleagues from across Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia to support regional goals and will have opportunities to get involved in localized initiatives. Demand generation is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll be a key player in helping to drive global demand for Apptio’s products.

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage digital ad campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Demandbase, Google Ads and others.
• Create targeting strategies that will help our ads reach our ICP and drive high-quality leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and perform regular optimizations to improve cost efficiency and scale success.
• Perform regular experiments to drive increased conversion rates and share learnings across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Campaigns, PMM, Creative) to ensure all ads leverage appropriate messaging to drive the highest response rates.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 3-5 years’ experience in digital advertising for B2B SaaS product
• Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Prior experience running digital ads for ABM programs.
• Experience running digital advertising campaigns in global markets, local language campaigns are a plus.
• Ability to organize data and insights for presentation to senior and executive level audiences.
