Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Mastery: Demonstrate a deep understanding of performance marketing and lead strategic implementation across client portfolios.
- Strategic Leadership: Act as a strategic partner in Lead Team Meetings and Off-Sites, proactively identifying operational challenges and driving solutions to foster agency growth.
- Team Leadership: Provide dedicated leadership and day-to-day management for the Paid Media team, nurturing a culture aligned with our company values, and facilitating employee development and growth.
- Project and Task Management: Delegate projects and tasks effectively, while managing operational risks to ensure appropriate workloads and sustained employee engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of the health of client accounts, maximize client retention, and satisfaction by implementing best practices and streamlined processes.
- Innovation Champion: Foster innovation within the Paid Media team, continuously monitoring digital industry developments to keep us ahead of the curve in knowledge and capabilities.
- Revenue Growth: Ensure consistent revenue growth for the Paid Media department through strategic initiatives and effective team management.
Responsibilities:
- Possess a deep understanding and strategic implementation of performance marketing.
- Serve as a strategic partner participating in Lead Team Meetings and Off-Sites to proactively identify operational issues and seek solutions for agency growth.
- Provide invested leadership and day-to-day management to the Paid Media team, instill company values, and scale employee development.
- Delegate projects/tasks accordingly while managing operational risks to ensure workload is appropriate and employee engagement remains high.
- Take ownership of the health of client accounts, maximize client retention, and satisfaction by implementing best practices and processes.
- Foster innovation and continuously monitor changes in the digital world to ensure we are always ahead of the curve in our knowledge and capabilities.
- Ensure consistent revenue growth for the Paid Media team.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency with a focus on performance marketing with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Proficiency in media channels, attribution models, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interactions with upper management, direct reports, and clients.
- Strong presentation abilities to convey complex strategies effectively.
- Capability to create and lead the execution of digital and business strategies.
