Our client, a leader in the direct-to-consumer/e-commerce health & wellness space, is hiring a fully remote, contract Sr. Paid Media Buyer with proven direct-response marketing chops to skyrocket their brand across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other untapped social platforms. As the Sr. Paid Media Buyer, you'll be the driving force behind our client's rapid growth, employing a unique blend of established and innovative marketing tactics to outshine the competition –and have a blast doing it! Day-to-Day as Sr. Paid Media Buyer
- Manage paid media with an aggregate monthly spend of $1,000,000 or more.
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility & recognition, while driving new user acquisition via paid campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, and other untapped platforms.
- Conduct thorough brand and website audits to understand brand’s key value proposition, core products, brand aesthetic, and identify opportunities to successfully market them and make them stand out in the marketplace.
- Develop advertisement copy for paid social media campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating conversion from the targeted audience.
- Maintain the highest level of knowledge and understanding of TikTok’s & Snapchats ad ecosystem by staying informed of changes in the ad auction, ad formats, campaign objectives, and bid strategies.
- Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics to quantify results and communicate findings and insights to the team.
What You Bring as Sr. Paid Media Buyer
- 5+ years of experience in paid social media planning, buying, and analysis.
- Proven experience managing significantly large annual spends ($1M/month on TikTok or Meta, $5M/year on Snapchat)
- Experience in DTC/e-com, health & wellness, food & beverage, skincare & beauty or other highly competitive vertical, preferably in a DTC startup is desired.
- Proven track record of retaining paid media accounts and success in growing and scaling campaign budgets in current/previous efforts. Experience analyzing and reporting on digital media accounts and campaign trends in current or previous role.
- A comprehensive understanding of TikTok, SnapChat and Meta’s ad auction, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives.
- Demonstrated paid ads on YouTube is desired but not required.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics from an e-commerce view.
- Strong work ethic plus demonstrated problem-solving capabilities. Ability to use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done.
