Onward Search is in search of a Paid Media Specialist to join a prominent tech company. This is a full-time hybrid onsite contract position lasting 3-6 months, with locations available in Los Angeles, Cupertino, or NYC.

As a Paid Media Specialist, your primary responsibilities include:
• Establishing and nurturing partner relationships for the Performance Partner marketing program.
• Monitoring and assessing partner performance to maintain a thriving ecosystem.
• Developing best practices for paid user acquisition and aiding partners in optimizing their campaigns.
• Implementing tracking and attribution processes, analyzing performance data, and conducting A/B testing for campaign refinement.
• Generating and sharing performance reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and upholding brand integrity in marketing materials and campaigns.

The ideal candidate for the role should have the following qualifications and experience:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in affiliate marketing and paid user acquisition, with a focus on optimizing paid media.
• Possess a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, KPIs, and attribution models.
• Proficient in utilizing tracking and analytics tools.
• Have experience in A/B testing and making decisions based on data.
• Display exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
