THE ROLE

The Paid Social Campaign Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing end-to-end paid social ad campaigns for Zeta clients. This role offers exposure to all aspects of paid social, with a primary focus on large Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Responsibilities include campaign setup, optimization, and analysis across multiple ad platforms, while owning client communication for the campaigns you oversee. As a campaign manager, you are expected to leverage your knowledge of paid media to position campaigns for success and find creative solutions to problems.

You will be entrusted with a large amount of discretion to make informed ad management decisions as you see fit, rooted in your knowledge of the social marketing ecosystem. This position reports to a media director in the Interactive division, which oversees paid media for advertisers across Zeta’s business units.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch new campaigns according to media plan details
  • Make swift optimizations to meet client performance goals
  • Communicate with clients and respond to questions
  • Compile reporting data and identify insights to share with clients
  • Work with division leadership to support strategic agency accounts as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager (Snap or TikTok experience a plus)
  • Deep understanding of paid media mechanics, including pixel implementation, KPI optimization, audience targeting, and bid/budget management
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree, including quantitative coursework

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 depending on location and experience.
