About This Job
iCrossing is seeking a Sr. Campaign Manager to join our growing Digital Solution Organization. This role calls for strong paid media experience with a data-driven approach to optimization. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media and partnering with multiple teams across the organization, you will help provide best-in-class service to iCrossing's clients. You will be responsible for leading multiple paid media programs and communicating status & performance updates to the client. Additionally, you will work with the broader media team to create and execute recommendations for account growth and performance improvement. A successful candidate will be detail oriented, passionate about data, and eager to expand their toolkit. You must be equally comfortable working in large teams and being a solo contributor, as well as managing client relationships and diving into the weeds of the programs.
What You'll Do
- Partner with media and account teams to provide a full-service experience for iCrossing's clients
- Lead day-to-day management and optimizations of SEM and programmatic programs on behalf of iCrossing clients
- Be the first point of contact representing your media accounts
- Contribute to the creation and presentation of media plans and strategies
- Create and execute tactics and testing plans to support media strategies
- Own and present reporting and media updates in weekly status calls
- Partner with internal teams to expand and improve iCrossing's capabilities and offerings
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience directly managing SEM & programmatic media required (Google Ads & GDN, Microsoft Ads, The Trade Desk, etc.)
- Experience managing paid social campaigns preferred
- Experience creating, managing, and optimizing audience segments across multiple media platforms (in platform, 1st party, & look-a-like)
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and plans effectively - both verbally and visually
- Experience managing client relationships and working collaboratively across organizations
- Experience with third-party media platforms (Ad Cloud, DV360, Skai/Kenshoo, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findings
- Passion for digital marketing and interested in solving the question "Why?"
