We are looking for an outstanding Media Analyst who is able to understand the language of data and uncover key insights that will help to identify opportunities for improvement and drive actionable strategies. This superstar will be a key contributor on the Analytics Team, which is responsible for the tracking, managing and reporting of campaign delivery/performance data and 3rd party research data, as well as conducting various analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness/efficiency, to guide optimization of ongoing campaigns, to guide the planning of future campaigns, and to support new business development. The Media Analyst will collaborate closely with internal media and client-side teams to facilitate the success of media campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Perform campaign level analytics/insights on what is working from an overall perspective
- Provide key insights on what is working and what's not and why in media campaign reports
- Consultation with Media Planners and clients on data and analysis questions
- Troubleshooting data-related Issues (DCM, GA, Ad Words, Amazon, Facebook, etc.)
- Online dashboard design, development, and maintenance
- Data monitoring: monitoring campaign delivery and performance data regularly to identify anomalies, errors, trends
- Correspondence internally & externally to obtain data
- Assist in monthly and wrap reports - creating/formatting slides, creating visualizations (charts & tables), data checking, data querying/analysis
- Data organization/archiving/documentation
- Ad hoc data querying for Media Planners
- Run reach and frequency analyses for client planning and reporting
- Develop and apply marketing mix models for forecasting, media plan optimization, and sales lift measurement
- Prepare materials for client presentations, including both current existing Exverus clients and prospective clients/new business pitches
- Perform research into new data solutions and technologies to help solve client’s data problems
Critical Skills:
- Excellent data processing(conversion/cleaning/restructuring), data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and practical experience in applied quantitative analysis techniques and data visualization
- Proficiency in creating reports to communicate findings and recommendations to business audiences
- Basic project management skills and ability to multitask

- Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, research theory and methodology
- Completion of college-level course work in data analysis and basic/intermediate statistics
- Degree in marketing-related field preferred
