The Paid Media Branding Manager is a critical member of the Paid Media team and will implement digital media to support Brand campaigns across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display) and platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc.).
Create an effective strategic framework across digital media channels including Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc. to drive awareness and consideration of Dow Jones' brands.
Optimize strategies for each channel to improve performance and ensure the KPI goals are met.
Be hands on in-platform - QA'ing campaign builds, optimizing targeting and audience strategy, and monitoring creative performance.
Manage and optimize media budgets across channels to maximize Brand for relevant audiences.
Find ways to use digital media, content and organic marketing efforts to drive brand favorability and reach prospects in meaningful and engaging ways.
Actively report, track and optimize performance of digital media campaigns. Partner with Brand and Creative, Data and Insights, Analytics, and Technology to gather data and establish new reports/dashboards.
Work closely with platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc.) understand their best practices and recommendations for improving digital media at Dow Jones.
5+ years' experience in digital media.
Background with driving brand media KPIs.
Proven experience identifying meaningful, actionable insights within past successful social media campaigns.
Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of seeking out and building the necessary relationships throughout the league to achieve success.
