Quad is looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to join the corporate marketing team. This role will strategize, execute, optimize and manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms to support our corporate marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with B2B paid social tactics and lead generation efforts targeting tailored custom audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Compose, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to support Quad’s corporate initiatives in the following aspects:
  • Planning
  • Conduct extensive audience, placement, and platform research to help inform paid social strategies
  • Forecast performance and spend for future budget recommendations
  • Collaborate with other team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
  • Provide strategic direction on specific initiatives, identifying key messages or value proposition and the best means to communicate or demonstrate this
  • Work closely with vendors and platform reps
  • Execution
  • Build and launch paid social campaigns on LinkedIn & Facebook (Potential for other platforms to be added).
  • Collaborate with organic social leads to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels
  • Optimization
  • Provide ongoing campaign management to ensure optimal performance and delivery of campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
  • Reporting
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
  • Prepare paid advertising performance reports including weekly pacing and analysis.
  • Keep track of ad spend and conversions.
  • Create and present monthly and/or weekly reports with analysis of paid social campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
  • Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items
  • Supports team members on non-social paid media initiatives when departmental needs arise

Qualifications

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related major.
  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing, performance media channels, or related practice.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social preferable on the B2B side.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media channels and best practices
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience building out digital campaigns.
  • Seeking the following skills:

  • Experience with Asana a plus
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition funnels—awareness, consideration, acquisition, and how to leverage media to speak to customers throughout the conversion path.
  • Strong/excellent knowledge of digital advertising trends and technologies.
  • Strong analytic skill set and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and experience developing campaign performance presentations.
