Meet the team:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Media Manager who will drive the market's growth strategy across our media channels, including paid search, paid social, display, TV and video advertising, and affiliate marketing to drive sales, revenue, and new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and have deep experience driving growth for DTC brands.
Where you come in:
- You will lead the overall paid media strategy and drive customer traffic, conversion, and ROI for all media channels (search, social, display, video, programmatic, retail trade media, TV, radio, and streaming media channels).
- You will utilize analytics data to provide actionable insight into what is happening with campaigns and why it is happening – and to recommend courses of action to improve metrics.
- You will work with the agency to optimize marketing campaigns to meet and/or exceed Dexcom’s goals through channel-specific levers, including but not limited to keyword research & analysis, bid adjustments & automation, affiliate CPA changes, budget allocation, A/B testing, placement testing, product feed.
- You will ensure traffic, revenue, ad spend, CAC, ROI/ROAS metrics are within or exceed targets.
- You will manage multi-million-dollar budget and relationships with agencies to ensure flawless planning and execution; pushing the agencies to elevate performance, continue innovation and rethinking to advance media performance to industry-leading levels.
What makes you successful:
- You have advanced knowledge of Google Ads Platform (Search, Shop, Discovery, YouTube), Social Ads Platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), CTV, Amazon Advertising, and DSPs and linear TV advertising.
- You are an expert in media targeting and segmentation (consumer and HCP), multi-channel media plan development, and agency management.
- You have strong analytical skills with an ability to uncover insights from performance/measurement tracking to drive action that increases performance and brand impact.
- You have advanced knowledge of website event tagging and tracking, including the Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
- You have strong communication, presentation skills, including strength in conducting group meetings.
- You are highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter who embraces a fast-paced environment.
- You can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture, and are comfortable in an occasionally ambiguous environment.
- You stay current on the latest marketing trends and best practices, identify new and emerging advertising opportunities, and influence innovation.
- You have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment that values transparency.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or retail organization

Travel Required: 15 - 25%
Flex Workplace:
Your primary location will be at a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
Experience and Education
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
