Digital Reach is a digital marketing agency that serves B2B SaaS & Tech clients, and we are looking for a Project Manager for Pipeline Generation (SEO/Paid Media) to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects for the paid, SEO, and marketing automation teams, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate across several teams at DRA, including design, web, chat, and operations. Your main goals are to keep projects on track, ensure timelines and deadlines are met, and create project briefs to send out to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects from inception to completion, including managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables using Asana.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and coordination, assigning tasks, providing direction, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, gather feedback, and address any questions or concerns, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Resource Allocation: Monitor team members' availability and workload to ensure optimal resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to meet project timelines and deadlines, and utilizing time tracking software Harvest to manage team members' time utilization.
- Quality Control: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet the agency's quality standards and client expectations, providing feedback to team members for revisions if needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize project management processes, tools, and workflows, and implement relevant changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, such as project timelines, budgets, client satisfaction, and team utilization, to identify trends and areas for improvement, and take appropriate actions to optimize project performance.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for your direct manager or clients to provide project status updates, highlight achievements, and address any challenges or risks.
- Professional Development: Continuously enhance project management skills through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in project management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience in both SEO and Paid Media is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a paid media, marketing automation, SEO, or digital marketing agency.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, time tracking software such as Harvest, and communication tools such as Slack.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and/or marketing automation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve problems, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience in any or all of the following software is a plus: Asana, Harvest, Slack, Guru, Notion, Figma, Adobe, Frame.io, and Pastel
This position is 20 hours a week. Open to part-time or contract basis.

Salary/Compensation:
$50 - $80 per hour, depends on experience.
