About the Role:

Caastle is adding a Paid Social Marketing Manager to join our growing performance marketing team. This role reports to the Paid Marketing Director and is responsible for owning day-to-day strategy and execution of our paid social channels across both client and owned and operated brands. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly analytical, detail oriented and has the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This position will manage campaigns across the marketing funnel, with the ultimate goal of driving new members to subscribe. This position is critical to the strategic and operational success of the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of paid media including: ad campaign execution, reporting, optimization and content ideation
  • Lead analytics and reporting across paid social, including the ability to process and understand large data sets and clearly articulate program status to key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to scale and drive effectiveness of paid media performance by continuously optimizing campaigns enhancing programs
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional partners to improve performance of channels
  • Create paid media creative briefs with a data-driven approach
  • Aid in new channel diversification and launches
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines as needed
  • Leverage consumer research and analytical models to understand the customer and craft appropriate messaging to reach program goals

We'd Love for You to Have:

  • Education: BA/BS degree required, Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3 plus years of paid social media planning and buying ideally in an Agency environment
  • experience with Google Ads or Affiliate
  • Proficiency with audience targeting and tactics across paid social landscape
  • Familiarity with targeting changes due to iOS 14.5
  • You love optimizing the funnel, diving deep into data and analytics and figuring out ways to increase conversion at every stage of the customer journey.
  • You practice tactical and strategic excellence in digital media management with a strong desire to test and learn
  • You have experience working with creative teams and writing briefs
  • You are highly curious, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment

Pay Range:

$80,000 - $90,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
