You’ll be joining a dedicated, focused account management team as a part of Vobile’s Paid Media department. Building and nurturing lasting business relationships is at the core of the Account Manager role, so clear communication and proactivity are essential. You’ll work with Business Development to respond to RFPs, oversee the onboarding process for new clients and campaigns, monitor campaign performance to uncover actionable insights, and deliver campaign recap reports to our clients. Responsibilities
- Lead client communications, including onboarding new clients, fielding any questions throughout a campaign, and presenting recap reports.
- Use our Order Management System to set up new campaigns.
- Collaborate with Business Development during the RFP process, communicating with key stakeholders on deliverables and deadlines.
- Assist in the development of media plans that align with our partners’ goals.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to develop sample targeting lists during our pitch process.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a client-facing role at a digital media agency or ad tech publisher/advertising sales organization
- Hands-on experience with ad servers, particularly Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to distill that data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Excel calculations and pivot tables.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple complex campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and experience building and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
