Overview
Crocs is seeking a qualified individual to join the Americas Digital Commerce team as Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Social & Display Ad Operations. This person will be a key member of our Digital Marketing team, responsible for handling the ad operations for our America’s Ecommerce business. This is a new position on the team, crafted specifically to support our goal of accelerating growth by handling the trafficking, delivery, optimizations, and reporting of digital ad campaigns for multiple publisher clients within a team environment. You will work with cross functional groups to address and resolve all ad ops issues in a timely manner, ensuring insertion orders and instructions are clearly understood, creatives are tested and approved, and that all campaign deliverables are being met.

What You'll Do
- Paid Social & Display Ad operations: Creative trafficking (uploads/rotation), campaign optimizations, ad tracking, troubleshooting, and ad hoc reporting
- Go-To-Market Creative Kickoff to Launch: Work with the creative and GTM teams to request needed creative assets, provide creative feedback during reviews, and launch creative in marketing platforms in accordance with Go-To-Market calendar dates (website promotions, new product launches, etc.)
- Provide regular creative takeaways to creative team to efficiently iterate on hard-working assets
- Reliably communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.
- Inform external partners of upcoming campaigns, events, and strategy
- Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide GTM campaign launch information to digital marketing team
- Provide project management support for video campaigns, including coordinating timelines, results, and resources
- Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for the Crocs America’s Ecommerce team
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ad ops process
- Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting. Identify and troubleshoot any platform ad errors with vendors
- Stay informed on any upcoming trends and platform changes; IE. New ad formats, new platforms gaining popularity, privacy changes, etc
- Update daily spend and reach trackers to ensure campaign delivery is on-track
- Test & troubleshoot campaign tagging as needed
- Collaborate with Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to iterate on existing campaigns, implement testing strategies & assist with ad hoc projects as needed
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience required, with hands-on in-platform paid display and paid social media trafficking experience.
- Experience with Facebook / Meta a requirement
- Experience with Google, Pinterest, and TikTok a big plus
- Understanding of at least 1 web analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with a shown ability to produce error-free work
- Effective communication skills that enable excellent partnership with cross-functional teams
- A shown understanding of the fundamentals of retail eCommerce, especially pertaining to programmatic and social media
- Passion for analytics and ability to handle the business by the numbers
- Proficiency with Excel, especially with pivot tables
- Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized

Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Social & Display Ad Ops)
Salary or Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $86,008.00
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
