At our Digital Marketing department, we are currently seeking a talented Paid Search Expert to join our team. You will work hand in hand with paid search leads as well as technology partners such as Google and Microsoft to advance our customer acquisition strategy and ensure that our various brands meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the broader DISH paid search group to execute and formulate tactics for a range of brands
- To stay ahead of the curve, businesses must invest time and effort into building strong technology partnerships with companies like Google and Microsoft, enabling them to optimize their bidding practices through platform automation
- Offering valuable assistance on developing top-notch business plans that account for digital marketing strategies and its various components
- Directing and managing efforts aimed at improving the overall effectiveness and growth of paid search initiatives
- Collaboratively executing bid management, campaign launches, and account changes with team members to achieve desired goals
- Forming a seamless partnership with Sales and Brand divisions to devise strategies for identifying partner needs, consolidating feedback, scrutinizing outcomes, and delivering visionary recommendations
- Jointly creating landing pages with the enterprise site team that achieve optimal conversion rates as well as high search engine quality scores
Competencies, qualifications and expertise
To be eligible for this job, you must have earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 6 years of experience in paid search. However, individuals with an equivalent blend of education and experience may also be evaluated for the position

- A vital criterion for this role is having prior experience and expertise in both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Professionals who possess expertise in both Google Search Ads 360 and Google/Microsoft Editor are highly sought after in the field of digital advertising
Salary Range
You can expect to receive anywhere between $87,500 and $125,000 per year as compensation for this job
