SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager-Paid Media to lead results on the day-to-day basis for multiple digital marketing campaigns and brands. This role will be responsible to grow ROAS and attributed sales through management of retail specific digital media placements and is focused on generating new business on our retailers’ websites and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Advertising and how to leverage it to drive growth. The Marketing Manager-Paid Media will not only handle execution and manage campaigns, but will provide tactical insight, strategic guidance and thought leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Digital Marketing Director in paid media campaign strategies
- Lead the paid media implementation and efficient day-to-day management of multiple campaigns and platforms, including but not limited to Lowes, THD, Walmart, Amazon, and Wayfair
- Create, optimize, and manage Sponsored Products, Product Display, and Sponsored Brand campaigns against overall sales and ROAS goals on Amazon or any other marketplace platform
- Create and implement ad copy and creative (including tactical recommendations on creative and messaging)
- Manage and maintain daily/monthly budgets for each brand and platform to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics, which can include revenue, ROAS, and more
- Construct new campaigns for new products and/or shift focus of existing campaigns, in order to improve account performance
- Consult with the creative team to develop advertising assets for each platform as needed
- Partner with the sales team to align strategic initiatives and promotion support with media dollars
- Conduct audits and A/B testing of current campaigns to identify areas for both content, bid, placement, audience and keyword targeting improvement. Leverage trends and insights to drive continuous performance improvements
- Track, monitor and optimize performance against key KPIs and report on ROI. Create reports and provide insights
- Recommend and consult on any new content or landing pages that should be created in order to promote higher campaign performance

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to drive results in paid media channels
- 3+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Advertiser accounts or comparable platforms
- 1+ year of DSP media experience is a plus
- Strong strategic thinker and tactical executor with the drive to get things done
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI and Skai
- Sense of ownership, ability to manage multiple projects while focused on key priorities
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Asana experience is a plus
- Capability to work well under pressure and meet quick deadlines
- Must have good time management skills
- Ability to adapt well to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion to change the outdoor cooking experience and contribute to the company vision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of digital media experience
- Background in e-commerce
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required
