SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and curious individual to join the fast growing Thnks organization as a Marketing Manager: Paid Media to manage our Performance and Brand Media investments. The Marketing Manager: Paid Media position will be responsible for bringing operational excellence to our marketing programs, helping to drive continued growth in our lead generation, lifecycle management, brand campaigns and marketing campaign efforts. This role will require a data-driven approach and a critical thinking mindset, ready for a challenge, and willing to try new things to find elegant solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee growth marketing programs in partnership with marketing agencies.
  • Manage marketing attribution within Salesforce to deliver operational excellence in our lead routing, workflows, list management, and KPI reporting for paid marketing efforts.
  • Utilize google analytics to provide comprehensive measurement of marketing effectiveness for paid and organic channels.
  • Employ regular optimizations across campaigns & platforms to drive efficiencies (ie. A/B testing, Landing page optimization, copywriting, creative testing).
  • Compile and distribute reporting on campaign performance that provides actionable insights.
  • Manage Paid Media budget, spend, and approvals.
  • Support SEO and Brand initiatives as needed.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and overall Thnks team.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing or business-centric field.
  • 4+ years experience in paid digital marketing management. (Adwords, ASO, SEM, SEO, Paid Social)
  • Expert-level knowledge of google analytics and google tag manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to identify opportunities for improvement with a vision and capability to execute.
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital media landscape and growth marketing practices.
  • A team-player and self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Ad Manager preferred.
