The Paid Media Strategist, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area, will lead these efforts remotely through collaboration with internal and external teams to deliver the best media strategies and solutions.
An experienced, self-driven Paid Media professional is essential to success in this role.

THE SKILLS
A successful Tallwave Paid Media Strategist candidate will:
- Be able to fully strategize, develop, manage, and report on multi-channel digital paid media plans.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client goals and business objectives and how paid media can support the client in meeting those goals and objectives.
- Be able to conduct thorough paid media audits with thoughtful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Be able to build strategic media plans based on market research, historical client data, audit findings, and data from available digital media tools.
- Have proficient technical skills in platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Be able to manage day-to-day platform optimizations, ongoing campaign maintenance, vendor relationships, and pacing.
- Be able to analyze, interpret, and present data in a meaningful narrative that aligns with each client's business-level goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to junior team members.
THE REQUIREMENTS
An ideal Tallwave Paid Media Strategist candidate will:
- Live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area in a work-from-home environment.
- Have a BA/BS in marketing, business, or technology fields preferred.
- Demonstrate excellence in executing hands-on operations in paid media platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid social media platforms, Google Campaign Manager.
- Be proficient in various data and reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), and Excel.
- Demonstrate excellence in communication and relationship building, both internally and externally.
- Have at least 4+ years of hands-on digital paid media experience, including planning and execution.
