Must-haves

  • 3-4 years (MAX) of experience in gaming experience and within performance advertising
  • Hands on platform experience - Facebook, Google/YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Snapchat
  • Familiarity with the media buying workflow; analysis; optimization around marketing KPI's
  • Proficiency in excel and strong presentation/communication skills
  • Ability to work with XF Teams; marketing; finance; creative; legal
  • Understands attributions & ads ecosystem / landscape
  • A/B Testing Experience

Day-to-Day

A large gaming company is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to assist the growth and media in translating the media strategy and executing it across many different platforms such as: Facebook, Google/YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Snapchat. Once campaigns are live; they are optimizing the campaign through the flight - reporting; analyzing and generating insights to then go and present/report findings to leadership and stakeholders. This individual should have experience creating and analyzing A/B tests and can articulate the experiments that they have ran on platforms in the past. The campaign cycles are fast paced and this individual needs to be creative and a self-starter.
