Our creative agency client is looking for a Head of Paid Media to join their team on a direct full-time basis starting by the beginning of July.

This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work onsite Tuesday - Thursday. As the Head of Paid Media, you will be overseeing and leading 8 people who are on the paid media planning and buying team.

The Head of Paid Media will be responsible for:

  • serving as the main point of contact for several media clients and work cross-functionally with the new business team on pitches as needed
  • developing and maintaining relationships with agency contacts and partners
  • planning and implementing media strategies for client campaigns and ensuring that campaigns meet the client's goals
  • reviewing the department's workflow and finding opportunities for more streamlined, timely, and efficient processes
  • mentoring and leading the paid media planning and buying team through performance reviews, overseeing the creation of deliverables, and sharing industry knowledge and trends
  • overseeing the finances of the department and negotiating buying rates with suppliers as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of paid media experience in a theatre, entertainment, or advertising agency environment
  • experience managing and mentoring a team
  • proficient in developing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • great communication and collaboration both internally and externally facing
  • strong attention to detail while overseeing an entire department

15 vacation days accrued in 1st yr + off on their birthday + 5 sick days
