We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing Specialist with a focus on Paid Media & Content to join our team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns and creating engaging content to drive online sales and customer engagement across our portfolio of brands.
This position is 100% remote and open to candidates based in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement targeted D2C paid media strategies for MONO, Heritage Guitars, Harmony, and Teisco.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social, and native advertising, to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
• Create engaging content and promotional materials tailored to our target audiences, showcasing the unique value propositions of our products and brands.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders, with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging paid media platforms to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, e-commerce, customer support, and logistics, to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximise ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and strategies for paid media and content marketing, and share insights with the broader marketing team.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in D2C or e-commerce marketing, with a focus on paid media and content creation, preferably within the musical instruments or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using web analytics tools and interpreting data to inform marketing decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in various digital marketing tools, including paid media platforms, email marketing software, and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Passion for music and a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of musicians and music enthusiasts.
