Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research to identify target keywords
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize on-site SEO tags
- Optimize copy to support our keyword targeting goals
- Develop link building strategies to grow site authority and keyword rankings
- Discuss strategy and insights on client calls or in-person meetings
- Develop, communicate and execute strategy, set up meeting agendas, build customized reporting, optimize, and be an ally to our clients
- Collaborate across the paid media teams to help create blended paid media strategies that have the client's KPI and goals as the north star
- Play an integral role as a lead on a number of our accounts
Skills & Experience
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ year(s) of experience in hands-on, day to day management of SEO accounts
- Experience writing SEO tags, optimizing content, and link building
- Ability to examine and understand data to drive decision making
- Analytical thinker- always asking the "why" and not afraid to speak up
- Ability to manage tasks between different departments
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day-to-day tasks
- Experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and/or ScreamingFrog a plus
- E-commerce & direct response experience a plus
- Experience in Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Storyblock, or Magento a plus
- Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000-$75,000
