About this Role:
Windstream is seeking a paid media coordinator to join a growing in-house digital media team reporting to the Associate Director of Media. As the Paid Media Coordinator, your role will be to assist the Associate Director and Manager in researching, planning, buying, and executing of digital media such as programmatic display, CTV/OTT/OLV, streaming radio, native, mobile in-app, etc. The ideal candidate should be extremely detailed, organized, self-motivated, and collaborative. To be successful in this role you must encompass the desire and aptitude to learn quickly while effectively multi-tasking. You will assist in planning and buying duties to support programmatic team functions.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for supporting the programmatic team in planning, buying, campaign execution, and administration.
Assists in execution of programmatic plans and buys, uploading campaigns into DSPs detailing out the buy, placements, units, etc.
Prepare all campaign launch documents under the supervision of senior team members.
Assist in managing campaign budget flighting and allocation.
Participates in day-to-day communication with key vendor partners and internal teams.
Comfortable communicating digital media optimization opportunities and speaking to digital media buys with vendors and internal teams.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and vendors.
Team player with great attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
Do You Have:
Bachelor's Degree with Major in Business, Marketing or Communications
2-3 years relevant work experience at an agency
Experience with TTD preferred (or other relevant DSP)
Experience buying media programmatically.
Analytical and qualitative aptitude
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think strategically.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 7 years professional level related experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
